Before joining Health Prime, he held financial leadership roles at Change Healthcare, including CFO of its tech-enabled services business. He also served as a Principal at KPMG and worked in McKesson’s finance team.

Samish joined Health Prime in 2004 as a partner and CIO providing strategic direction to Health Prime’s core technology. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has an in-depth understanding of practice management, RCM, and healthcare informatics.

A Vision for Change: The Health Prime Journey

Founded in 2004, Health Prime was created to free physicians from the administrative burdens that often distract from their core mission: delivering exceptional patient care. Faced with the challenge of finding a high-tech medical billing partner to meet the needs of his own practice, Dr. V.K. Shah took matters into his own hands. He envisioned and built a comprehensive solution not only for his practice but for countless others facing similar obstacles.
