Duties & Responsibilities | Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates using standardized screening techniques Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs Locate qualified, potential applicants using databases or online job posting boards Communicate with potential applicants by phone, email, or in person Screen resumes and interview candidates for various positions within an organization Create job announcements that list requirements for each job, such as desired work experience, education, and job skills Investigate referrals, references, and social media sources to formulate a well-rounded view of applicants |
Education | Graduate in any stream |
Training/Work Experience | Previous experience in talent recruitment and assisting with onboarding processes and/or relevant work experience of minimum 1 year |
